Your garden designer will then help you to arrange the building of your garden design scheme
Once all of the required garden design details are complete, we will draw up a concise list of potential contractors for tender. The design documents are sent to the short listed garden contractors, who are requested to respond with their tender price by a fixed date. We will then assist you with the final selection of the contractor who is to perform the construction work.
Although the garden design construction contract is always directly between the client and the contractor, we are happy to administer the contract and mange the build of the project so that you can simply relax and leave the details to us. As contract administrator we will regularly inspect of the works to ensure they are in accordance with the specification and we will identify of any cost or time variances. In addition we will be able to assist with procedural items such as the agreement of stage payments which can be very time consuming.
Finally, once the hard landscaping is done we can turn the framework into a garden by planting it!
